We do things our way: relaxed, effortless, fully taken care of. Except when we cook. In the kitchen, it's full-on energy, stretching our limits with occasional improvisation during service.

We are Chef on Location; Wim and Quinten Bertram, father and son, bringing Mediterranean flavours straight to your table. Since 2022, we've been creating memorable dining experiences for groups of 6 to 20 across the Côte d'Azur, all year round. We shop, chop, prepare, serve and leave your kitchen clean.
We take inspiration from the morning market, working with the best seasonal ingredients. Our base kitchen is in the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a foodie destination worth a visit, where we mise en place your menu. It's tiny, but we still manage to find space for growing fresh herbs, pickling and fermenting.
Exploring new dishes, flavour combinations and techniques is what keeps us going. Preparing great food and creating evenings for our guests remains the best job we can imagine.
We're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan and any other dietary requirements. Quinten is a trained nutritionist. He knows his produce and masters his techniques. In our kitchen, vegetables take centre stage.
